in the ongoing battle

between WOman and machine - Treadmill tried really hard to oust me after just 3 minutes today. But I hung in for a total of 8 minutes, .43 miles. Baby steps. Small Victories. Loving myself for having stuck with this for four days already. Treadmill, you are going down!

as a person who has lost 50 lbs. and wants to lose 30 more...don't kill yourself on the dreadmill....I WALK at 3 mph on an incline of 2 and do this for 30-40 minutes each day....trust me...better workout than you get and much less stressfull...still cardio, as well....that's all I did to lose (and count calories). Good luck!
